Pastor Dawn was born again and filled with the Spirit at the early age, and began her ministry training which spans over 16 years. Her training and experience in the Church from her youth has matured her into an awesome woman of God.  She holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communication.

Along with the multiple roles she has in ministry.  Dawn is the Co-Pastor and founder of “Whole Women Of The Word”. She has committed to take God's Word to a hurting and lost generation and partners with her husband to build Strong Relationships with God and Impact the world in Excellence.  Her continued compassion for people and diligence in God's assignments will always be rewarded.  Among many gifts she is also an anointed singer.

Pastor Dawn is the wife of Mark Cutler, Senior Pastor and Founder of Living Word Christian Center.  They are a powerful and unique team joined together by God and are the proud parents of two lovely daughters Jessica and Jordan.
